Have you always wanted to try Reformer Pilates? Been nervous or think you’re not flexible enough to do pilates? The Self Team have created a beginners program just for YOU!!

A 45min weekly class over four consecutive weeks for beginners where we cover off everything you need to know about the reformer and get to have your first group classes and self experience with Sal

This program is suited for any beginner of any age.

When: Friday 9.30am from 17th October and runs each Friday for 4 weeks (until 7th November)

Where: Self Pilates- Lincoln Causeway, next to LaMaison

What to bring: Just yourself, the rest we have taken care of.

Investment: $149 and includes your own pair of grip socks

This program is designed to progressively learn the reformer and is a series of sessions programmed to suit you. If you cannot make a session date we will credit you a group class to attend.
